  • To which markets are your products primarily exported?

    Our products are exported to over 30 countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Australia, and Canada. We provide products and services to numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as renowned OEM clients in the rail transit, automotive, and construction machinery sectors.

  • How is shipping arranged?

    We primarily use sea freight, which is convenient and efficient.

  • What payment methods are available?

    Trade terms (such as FOB, CIF, etc.) will be confirmed at the time of quotation. For mass production, we typically require a 30% advance payment, with the balance payable upon receipt of a copy of the bill of lading. We primarily accept T/T, but L/C is also negotiable.

  • How do you ensure product quality?

    We implement full-process quality management. Inspections are conducted after each production step, and 100% of finished products undergo final inspection in accordance with customer requirements and international standards. We are equipped with advanced automated welding machines, automatic sheet metal forming machines, and roll forming machines. 

  • What is the company’s scale and personnel structure?

    The company currently employs over 300 staff members, including more than 10 professional technical personnel.

  • What is the company’s production capacity?

    We operate 30 modern, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly production lines, with a daily shelving production capacity of 5,000 sets, ensuring we can consistently meet the demands of various orders.

  • Do you manufacture standard parts?

    Yes. In addition to custom products, we also produce general engineering machinery parts (GET parts) for equipment such as excavators, including bucket teeth, tooth seats, cutting edges, pins, retaining rings, and screws and nuts.

  • Do you offer custom manufacturing?

    Custom manufacturing is our core business. We can develop and manufacture products based on the drawings or samples you provide.

    Our products are widely used across various sectors, including third-party logistics, warehouses, factories, and supermarkets.

  • What products do you primarily offer?

    We specialize in shelving, heavy-duty shelving, storage cages, stacking racks, and supermarket shelving.

  • Are you a factory or a trading company?

    We are a direct manufacturer with our own production capabilities. We operate two foundries and a CNC machining plant, and we have an international sales department, enabling us to provide end-to-end services from production to export.

  • How long does it take to receive a response after submitting an inquiry?

    We take every inquiry very seriously. On business days, we will respond within 12 hours of receiving your inquiry.
