Heavy loads do not forgive guesswork. This shelf takes 800kg at minimum and 1500kg at the top of its range, with upright, beam, and panel gauge selected to match the rating on your order. Engine blocks, paint drums, steel molds, dense cartons, and bulk components all sit on a frame sized for them. The steel is Q235B cold-rolled, chosen for low sulphur and phosphorus so welds stay clean and the metal stays tough rather than brittle. Full-seam welding runs the entire joint instead of spot welds, which is the difference between a rack that lasts years under static load and one that splits at the weld. The Ω-shaped upright profile bends far less than a flat column of equal steel weight, so the same footprint carries more. Multi-folded beams add up to 20% more capacity than a standard profile, meaning more payload per bay without extra steel.

Diamond or inverted-8 hole uprights accept beam levels that drop in and lock quickly, so first assembly and later re-slotting both take minutes with ordinary tools. Main and sub frames share a single column — extending a run reuses the main upright instead of duplicating it, saving floor space, steel, and money with every added bay. The 7-layer anti-rust coating goes through acid pickling, phosphating, electrostatic spray, and high-temperature curing, aimed at humid plants, wash-down areas, and coastal sites. Standard sizes are 2–6 layers, 150/200cm long, 50/60cm deep, 200cm high; dimensions, structure, load rating, and colour can all be customized. Five standard colours — blue, white, black, yellow-black, blue-orange — or a match to your plant's existing colour standard.
