An anti-rust medium duty stacking shelf in blue and orange, stacking bay on bay, made for 3PL warehouses that juggle changing contracts, mixed client stock, and aisles that never stop moving.
Detailed Product Description
· Stack it, load it, trust it
Third-party logistics lives on change — contracts start and end, client stock comes and goes, and the bay layout has to follow. This anti-rust stacking shelf is built for that rhythm. Each layer takes 500kg, and the same frame family scales down to 300kg and 350kg per layer where loads are lighter, with board, beam, and column gauge matched to the rating you pick. Because it is a stacking system, you can raise bays vertically or run them side by side, then re-slot as client volumes shift rather than tearing out an aisle. The one-piece shelf edge smooths the spots where hands, cartons, and shrink wrap catch, and reinforced steel shelf panels hold their shape under constant load. Multi-bent beams raise bending stiffness, so capacity goes up without adding steel, and a dropped carton does not leave a level bowing. Ω-shaped columns, larger foot plates, and free rubber sleeves keep the frame steady and the floor protected where pallet trucks and trolleys roll through all day. The 7-layer anti-rust coating — acid pickling, phosphating, electrostatic spray, high-temperature curing — is aimed squarely at humid warehouses, wash-down zones, and coastal sites, which is where 3PL operations often sit.
· Adjust it, move it, match it
Butterfly-hole uprights and height-adjustable levels mean spacing changes take minutes, with no drilling and no new uprights. Standard builds cover 2–6 layers, 150/180/200cm long, 50/60cm deep, 200cm high; custom length, depth, height, structure, and load rating available. Pick welding type for permanent fixed runs, or bolt type with single-column buckles for fast on-site assembly and easy disassembly when a client moves out. Five standard colours — blue, white, black, yellow-black, blue-orange — or a custom match to your brand or existing racking code. Where it fits: 3PL warehouses segregating client stock, e-commerce fulfilment centres handling thousands of SKUs, warehouse build-outs that grow bay by bay, and manufacturing plants storing components and tooling beside the line.
